Cream Biscuits

2 C flour
1 TB baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1-3 TB sugar
1 C heavy cream

Mix and cut parchment paper at 400 for 20 minutes
Better slightly undercooked
Good to freeze — then cook frozen 20-25 minutes

I use this for ham biscuits, making a sandwich rather than slicing and adding ham
Can roll out thinner If making the ham variety.  Bottom biscuit, pour maple syrup, ham then top biscuit, pinch sides and freeze or bake as above
